Venugopalan is known as Maitreya Rudrabhayananda and fondly called Maitreya. He is a revered Master, healer, author, humanitarian, visionary and prominent Spiritual Leader, following the path of Krï Alílā Tākn. A Messenger of the Divine, rooted as strongly in mundane and pragmatic matters as he is in Conscious Experience and Wisdom. He works tirelessly towards the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being of all. His mastery of the mechanisms of life, an outcome of his profound experience of the Self, guides in exploring the subtler dimensions of life. He expounds the deeper essence of life that brings about direct and powerful self-transformation. Belonging to the most ancient lineage of Avasi Adva, Maitreya incorporates and presents what is most valid for the contemporary life from the core of the Conscious Natural Sciences and Therapies. Soul Searchers: Dr. R Venugopalan is founder and chairperson of Soul Searchers, a charitable organisation functioning since 1996. Love, care and meditation are the essence of R. • Providing support & sustenance to the underprivileged for the last 25 years with a reach across Delhi NCR, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, etc.: o Annadaan - Providing food (cooked meals & dry ration) o Distribution of clothes, blankets and other essentials. o Extensive healthcare support and healing given for medical checkups, eye camps, blood donation camps, leprosy centres, chemotherapy treatments and cataract surgeries for senior citizens. o Education support for underprivileged children –

▪ Akshara Prakalp: Program to improve health of slum children by conducting regular medical tests, providing nutritious and wholesome meals, health supplements. The children are mentored on health and hygiene and are monitored regularly for infections, deficiencies and malnutrition.

▪ Inducting slum children into practices like yoga, meditation, nutrition and hygeine

▪ Introducing rural children to computers, media, photography, art, etc.

• Soul Searchers has provided extensive support to people throughout the Covid pandemic (displaced migrant workers, daily wage earners, etc.) by way of cooked meals, dry rations, hygiene kits and essentials.

• R Venugopalan has personally conducted multiple meditation sessions for prisoners at Tihar Jail.

• Supported and facilitated marriages of underprivileged orphan girls Universal Centre for Spiritual Research and Development (UCSRD): R. Venugopalan is the founding partner of UCSRD, an education and training entity. U.C.S.R.D conducts Art of Breathing, Caitya Yoga, Raál, Mahashunya Kriya, Divya Chetana, Svara Vijnana, Nav-Dhyan, Kundalini Yoga, Prana Kriya, Stress Management, Cosmic Mass Healing.

• R Venugopalan has developed more than 20,000 meditation programs for schools, colleges, community centres and corporate environments. • He has specially developed meditation techniques for children. Children’s Raal, Navdhyan, Divya-Chetana, Ananth for children are some examples where children learn to be stable at mind, body and emotional levels. Regular practice leads to increased retention and memory, sharpened power of mind, reduced emotional vulnerability or dependence, enhanced abilities to be productive team players and leaders.
