Dr. INDERJIT KAUR - MD IN AYURVEDA MEDICINE , Ph.D. IN ASTOLOGY AND VASTU Brand Ambassador of IAF International Astrology Federation Inc - USA I am practicing in Ayurveda medicine for the last 30years.My practice and research is based on knowing the effects of planets and flow of energies on our body at every stage of our life. Ayurveda is mainly supported by three pillars known as Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which are further the combination of five elements that are SPACE, AIR, FIRE, WATER and EARTH in different ratios. This difference in ratio gives rise to different nature to every individual. As we see the Five Elements of universe (Panchtatva) have their own characters and they are represented in the body of the person at the time when his existence come in to universe, These elements mainly predict the nature (Prakriti) of the person, giving him / her vata, pitta, kapha nature.It all depends upon how these elements combine and how cosmos,planets, parents and time contribute in it. Ayurveda believes a physical body is a combination of layers, like Etheric body, Emotional body,Asrtal body,Mental body, Casual body, Spiritual body and Divine body. The diseases are said to be Psychosomatic. Every single change around us affects all layers of our bodyor we can say create a vibration in all layers of our body. Only physical changes are visible, rest all can be felt by feeling the Pulse or checking the status of Chakra of our body. Blocking and over activation of all these central points or Chakra of our body leads to various diseases, as these chakra are said to said to be the roundabout of various systems, energy to every system or channel is distributed through them. The blood and nutrition ( prana) in our body flows in a particular rhythm according to the nature of a particular individual,creating vibrations in the arteries and veins, which is felt by keeping three fingers on the superficial artery in the body mainly at the radial artery. The rhythm of pulse is affected by our nature, thoughts, mindset and physiological actions and accordingly every person emit a different type of electric current in the body, which further affects the flow of blood and changes can be felt. Physically, this rhythm of the pulse can be felt at 7 deep levels and gives us information about the movements of Tridosh: Vata, Pitta, Kapha in body at that particular stage of time, Remotely I can also feel changes in our body by knowing the status of chakra, as already said our body is guided by MAINLY SEVEN CHAKRA and my research is knowing their status at different stages of our life. Our Chakragetblocked or are underactive and at the same time some other chakra can be overactive, accordingly one will be having problems related to that site. For studying all those effects on our physical and psychological body, I explored every Vedic science like ASTROLOGY, VASTU, ASTRONOMY and YOGA, so that I can feelthe changes to the core. I work to find out the exact reason for the illness, which arementioned in ayurveda. WEATHER IT IS:- PHYSIOLOGICAL (NIJJ) PATHOLOGICAL (AGANTUJ C. PSYCHOLOGICAL (MANAS ROG)D. FROM THE POSSESSION OF GOD OR DEMON (DAIV BAL PRAVRITT ..... this is the category where the problems occur due to our mistakes relating to our rituals or DHARAMA ( we can say disturbing the energies of cosmos). Learning to live in harmony with the nature and balancing the tridosha is the perfect treatment. During all these years I have worked on searchingthe reasons which were in my mind since childhood, for example why some people take more time than usual to get healthy, why some patients are bed ridden for long periods, why there is recurrence of diseases, why sometimes some patients are miss - diagnosed or are miss - lead in treatments? Ultimately how much a person lives in Harmony or out of harmony with these elements or nature depicts the severity of the problem in a particular person, for example if there is no place for entering of sun rays in the house, the inmates will be surely suffering from Anaemia and due to deficiency of Vitamin D, weakness in bones will be there, as even the supplements will not be absorbed well in the body.
